It Begins

On Sunday, November 14, 2021​​ a group of like-minded individuals gathered together and began working on an idea. A vision for what a new arts organization could be and what it could accomplish. We discussed our personal experiences involving the arts in Columbus and how we were unable to find what we were ultimately looking for; a home, a community

We longed for a place where we would have the space to work on our art in the company of other artists. A place where we could work together and support each other. A place where everyone was equal and welcome no matter our backgrounds or talent or experience level.

Over the next five months we created our Core Values, Purpose Statement, Mission Statement, and Vision Statement, selected our name, and elected our first members of the Board of Directors.
